Choosing a Notebook Type

Once you have clicked the link to create a new notebook, you will be asked various options depending on the selected notebook type. Before we go any further, let's learn a little about the differences between each notebook type. Click here to learn more on notebook types.

  • Personal Notebook

• A Personal Notebook is a notebook for one person to use for, obviously, personal usage. This notebook is the most flexible type out of the three in terms of sharing options allowing you to share pages individually giving other Springnote users write or read access to specified pages.
  • Group Notebook

    • A Group Notebook is a notebook type that is especially useful for notebooks that require collaboration and group communication. In order for other Springnote users to participate and contribute to your Group Notebook, they must become members of the group.
