Notebook Settings

Notebook Settings allows notebook owners to view and modify different parts of their notebook. Notebooks also have a profile which is displayed in View Mode.

Notebook Domain

The notebook domain is the Internet URL that was registered when creating the notebook. This cannot be changed.

Notebook Owner

Displays the OpenID of the notebook owner.

Notebook Type

Displays the notebook type - Personal / Group.

Notebook Title

The title of the notebook. This title is separate from the notebook's front page and is displayed as the root in the Global Navigation Bar.

Notebook Tags

Displays notebook tags. Tags can be added or removed here. 

Default Screen Mode

Options to set the default screen mode when others (with write access to the notebook) view the notebook.

Member Approval (Group Notebook only)

Options to either have automatic or manual member approval. Setting member approval to automatic will automatically grant membership any user that requests to join the notebook. Setting member approval to manual will require the notebook owner's approval in order to become a member.

Comments

Option to either allow or disallow comments.

Storage Capacity 

Displays the storage capacity of the notebook.

Back Up

Option to back up all contents of the notebook. (Learn more)

Delete Notebook

Option to delete the notebook. Group Notebooks are deleted 15 days after a request to delete the notebook has been made. (Learn more)
