What happens if the Springnote service goes down permanently?

One thing we have learned while conducting user research is that the trust between users and services is the most important factor. We aim to provide a service that you can store your information freely and use them whenever you need. Most of all, Springnote wants you to have faith that the service will never go down.  For that, we have built a safe infrastructure system that stores your data securely.

If you ever decide to leave Springnote, we will help you pack all your data up and download them easily. If you find that our downloading feature is inconvenient, you may create and share a downloading program using our API. In the future, we may supply a migration tool. We hope that users will use Springnote as an essential tool in their daily lives.
