Create a New Page
Create a new page
From the top left portion of the screen, click the New page button for a dialog box to appear.
If you would like to change the location of where you want your new page to be added, click Change the location located at the bottom left side of the dialog box for the dialog box to be expanded as shown below.
By clicking a certain location from your page hierarchy list, you can change the location of where you page will be placed.
After you have finished changing the location of your page, click the Createbutton for your page to be created
Congratulations! You have now created a new page.
What about public/private settings?
When creating a new page, the new page follows the same properties as the page before it (higher leveled page). For example, if your root page is set to Private, new pages that are created directly under it will also be set to Private by default.
If you want to have your new page set differently than the page before it (higher leveled page), you can always click the lock icon on the top left portion of the editing space to change the settings.
Create a new page through a link
You can use Springnote's Link function not only to create links to existing pages, but also to create links to new pages.
From the toolbar, click the Link button (or use keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Space) for the link dialog box to apear.
Input a page name and label and click the Create button. If you click the new link that you made, a Create a new page dialog box will appear that will let you create a new page under the name of the link that you have created.
